Refund policy

All our products are made-to-order. We do not accept returns or exchanges - but we do make it right if something goes wrong on our end.

When we accept a request

We'll offer a replacement or refund if your item arrives damaged, defective, or is the wrong product or design. Size selection, color preference, and change of mind are not covered.

How to raise a request

Email us atΒ support@pawsandpatterns.inΒ or contact us at +91-7827927309 withinΒ 3–5 days of delivery. Β Include the following:

  • Clear photos or video showing the issue
  • Image of the outer packaging with shipping label
  • Unboxing video (strongly recommended for damaged items)

Requests raised after 5 days or without sufficient proof may not be approved.

Resolution

Once approved, you can choose a replacement (same product and design) or a refund to your original payment method. Refunds are processed withinΒ 7–10 working days. Design changes or variant swaps require a new order.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before production begins. Once printing starts or the order ships, cancellation is no longer possible.
