Are your products ready-made or made-to-order?

All Paws & Patterns products are made-to-order. Each item is custom printed after your order is placed. This helps us maintain quality and reduce overproduction and waste.

Because of this customized process, returns or exchanges are only possible if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

How long will it take to process and deliver my order?

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 3–5 working days after payment confirmation. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 7–10 working days, depending on your location and courier timelines.

You will receive tracking and shipping updates via email and/or SMS after dispatch.

Can I return, exchange, cancel, or modify my order after placing it?

Since all Paws & Patterns products are made-to-order, orders can only be cancelled if the request is received before the order is processed or printed.

Once an order is processed, printed, or shipped, it cannot be cancelled, modified, returned, or exchanged, except in cases where the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please note that we do not support returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Color preference
  • Change of mind

We strongly recommend checking the size chart and product details carefully before placing your order.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us at support@pawsandpatterns.in within 3–5 days of delivery, and we will assist you with a replacement or refund after verification.

What should I do if I receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product?

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email support@pawsandpatterns.in within 3–5 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Unboxing Video (recommended for damage cases)
  • Clear photos/videos showing the damage/issue
  • Image of the UID/barcode label
  • Images of original packaging and shipping label

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost. Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days post verification.
